The Mortgage Brokers Association maintains a list of liscensed brokers.
each state should have a list of mortgage brokers that have to/should register with them. try the secretary of state's website for your state.

2. Go to library and look through the yellow pages.


3. Find a Standard Rate and Data Service (SRDS) book. This is a book of mailing lists.
