I have fair credit, and a small down....Is it better to use a bank or mortgage lender when applying for a home loan?
A bank or better yet a credit union. A credit union is not predatory like a mortgage lender or even some banks can be.Is it better to use a bank or mortgage lender when applying for a home loan?
I got a better rate thru a mortgage broker. Shop around. Make some calls.





I got 4.5% with 2 points thru a broker





The bank offered me 5% with 2 points
